OUR HELPDESK SERVICES AT A GLANCE:
- Answering end user queries
- Accepting tickets; liaising with the end user to ensure a full description of the issue is submitted
- Documentation of the call, ticket grading and prioritisation
- Identification of available SAP Notes (solutions) and allocation of Notes to the support ticket
- Development of solution strategies
- If required, forwarding of support tickets to the designated consultant (2nd level support) and SAP Backbone (3rd level support)
- Communication of the solution to the end user
