OUR HELPDESK SERVICES AT A GLANCE:

  • Answering end user queries
  • Accepting tickets; liaising with the end user to ensure a full description of the issue is submitted
  • Documentation of the call, ticket grading and prioritisation
  • Identification of available SAP Notes (solutions) and allocation of Notes to the support ticket
  • Development of solution strategies
  • If required, forwarding of support tickets to the designated consultant (2nd level support) and SAP Backbone (3rd level support)
  • Communication of the solution to the end user

 

We use remote maintenance software from TeamViewer. You can download the TeamViewer file as an .EXE or .ZIP file on the right.
